It was very disappointing, mostly because there is no "Wraith Overlord" and it spends way too much time detailing each and every prisoner in the jail, rather than concentrating on adventure. Wraith Overlord, personally, I could do without. Again, I do not have this PDF myself, so I cannot vouch for its quality. Players maps are always good, and a PDF is better, as you can print out the snippet you want or the whole map if you wish. The map is very clean, but makes some slight changes (or mistakes, depending on your point of view).Ĭity State of the Invincible Overlord Players Map Revised Edition DriveThruRPGĬity State of the Invincible Overlord Players Map Revised Edition RPGNow Stats are for 3E, but are minimal in the City State portion, so easily converted.
